I’ll admit, the packaging was solid. The boxes showed up in good shape with no dents, and there was plenty of padding inside. They definitely went a little overboard with the tape though, so opening it was kind of annoying. But everything arrived safe, so I can’t really complain too much.

The reserves seemed fair to me. I don’t remember if the hold cleared after a couple days or closer to the next week, so my timeline is a little fuzzy, but there weren’t any weirdly high surprises or random charges that made me question it.
